Financial Reporting Manager, West London - FMCG, up to £65,000 An exciting leadership position has become available in a large FMCG company based in West London. The selected candidate will be responsible for all financial reporting procedures and will have lots of interaction with senior management across the business to take control of budget and expenditure alongside building relationships with all external stakeholders. This role reports directly into the Finance Director and will lead on all technical finance processes. Key

Responsibilities:
The ensure that appropriate financial reporting procedures are in place and are adhered to in line with Group requirement The ensure that all required accounting controls and updates are made to deliver financial reporting on a monthly basis in line with the Group timeline guidance To produce accurate analysis of the business performance against its budgets and forecast, including relevant ad-hoc analysis to help delivering the expected business growth and profitability. To develop and ensure that a monthly mutual work with controllers is in place and a business performance analysis is performed Ensure that proper processes are in place to capture and present budgetary/forecasting information The ensure that all required accounting controls and updates are made to deliver year end accounts in line with the Group policies and time lien guidance, and the regulation Develop and build positive relationships with all external stake holders/providers such as the banks, insurers, pension providers, commercial solicitors and auditors Being pro-active and propose improvement to develop out global SAP B1 solution for finance Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential Accomplishes the result by performing the duty Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed To undertake any other accounts duties or ad-hoc required task as specified by the management Key Skills & Qualification: ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE in industry Finance experience in a food manufacturing business is desirable but not essential Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and commercial law Awareness of the commercial imperatives that drive the business and the market environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence effectively Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to influence colleagues at Board level Seeks to improve and drive forward own personal development as well as mentoring others Logical and analytical thinker who wants to drive and improve processes Trace is an innovative recruitment consultancy.
