About the role Our successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and removing unnecessary balances from the system. You will also investigate relevant fees and charges, email information and resolve queries, plus initiate telephone and/or letter chasing of payment. The raising of Section 8 legal notices and working internal diary actions are also vital elements of this key position.
