Payroll Manager
New Staff Employment Services are currently searching for a Payroll Manager on behalf of our client based in St Albans. The main function of the job includes managing a team of five to provide excellent service to the firm's payroll clients. Assessing the current processes and policies in place and implementing new ideas and structures; overseeing and reviewing the compliance and security measures of the function and processes. Is it expected of the successful candidate to have a minimum of 5 years Payroll experience with experience of people or team management. A Payroll qualification is favourable, the software used involves MS Office and STAR Payroll. This is a Monday to Friday position with a salary of up to 45k.
