Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a local client in Brighton to find an Accounts Receivable specialist who is immediately available to start on a temp to perm basis. Key responsibilties include: The management of sales ledger accounts Accruals and Prepayments on sales and COS Analytics on trends in the sales and COS. Creating reporting packs for the Directors and heads of departments. Review of the P&L and Balance Sheet Management of timesheet system to ensure data is accurate for monthly report and month end account Produce weekly and monthly margin reports and provide analysis on trends Forecasting for internal departments Credit Control Back up for the Account Payable which included knowledge in Payroll, VAT, Supplier invoicing and payment runs. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have a strong background in accounts receivable.
