This is an exciting time to join Carnival UK, with 3 new ships joining the Cunard and P&O Fleet by 2022 driving continued expansion and providing career and development opportunities across all departments, including Finance. A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team here in Southampton and be part of this period of growth. Key responsibilities and duties in this role will be: Coordinating and leading the long term planning process, working cross functionally to ensure consistency of approach and assumptions Providing accurate financial data for strategic plan presentations, assisting Brand planners with story board and setting out business drivers to Executive team. Business modelling, including scenario analysis for ship sales and acquisitions, market factors and ROIC implications. Corporate benchmarking. To deputise for the Corporate FP&A Director as required. What you'll need to succeed: Qualified accountant FP&A experience working in a fast paced environment Cross functional and multi-level (incl. Board level) influencing, communication and teamwork skills. Large Company experience Management reporting experience Experience in forecasting, planning and business modelling Experience Driving improvements to management information and FP&A processes If you meet the criteria, you will in return get the opportunity to join a team who are developing, and working on some great new initiatives within the business and as part of the introduction of two new cruise ships for P&O and one for Cunard.
