This organisation are a global multi-million pound business with a turnover of £3 billion. This role is a fixed term contract for 9 months, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The role The Payroll Assistant will integral in the daily payroll operations of this organisation. Working closely with the Finance team, you will be motivated and resourceful in order to ensure correct payroll procedures are followed. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the completion of payroll processing Completing all salary calculations including SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP Working with HR to process starters, leavers and other updates Ensuring pension schemes are processed correctly including auto-enrolment Liaising with HMRC Investigating and resolving any queries Experience required Experience overseeing the entire payroll process Working with HMRC Strong attention to detail IT literate Able to work as part of a lively team Previous experience working with SAP, Oracle or similar What's in it for you?
