Senior Finance Analyst // Staines // £45,000 - £55,000 10% Bonus Benefits We've partnered with a market leader in managed services and on their behalf are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to work out ofbase on the ouskirts of London. You'l report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and your main aim will be to support both the monthly forecast process and also the wider planning process, identify areas of underperformance for the organisation and to influence leaders to afect change. It's a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior Finance Analyst to join a close knit, small team, as a key player in guiding the financial direction of the company. You'll be the go-to person for analysis and insight within an organisation being placed in the Times Top 100 places to work for the past 5 years. You'll be responsible for things like - co-ordination of budgets, proactively recommending solutions, tracking financial performance, forecasting and providing analytical support to the business owners. The ideal Senior Financial Analyst will be someone who is able to have conversations with Senior Stakeholders with credibility and gravitas, and the ability to confidently make recommendations and give feedback. Ideally, you'll be educated to degree level, with 6 years of experience in a global finance function. You'll have experience working in a multi-currency organisation, working with FP&A tools and experience working for a Managed Service Provider. You'll be a qualified accountant (or part-qualified, approaching final exams), with great numerical and Excel skills.
