Avenue are recruiting for a finance manager based near Lochgelly for a Fife based charity HOURS 16 hours a week (Flexible) SALARY £12444 DAILY DUTIES:? Enter into Sage all purchase invoices, payments, sales invoices and receipts. Reconcile all bank accounts. Prepare the monthly management accounts. Ensure all cash is reconciled to takings and banked. Payments of correctly authorised invoices. Prepare sales invoices as instructed Preparation of VAT return and payment of VAT Administer payroll for weekly and monthly employees Maintain personnel records Preparing accounts for audit and working with the auditing accountants. Attend meetings to provide advice and support on finance Assist in the budgeting process for the organisation. Prepare financial information related to project claims. Attend project audit meetings and provide financial evidence in support of claims ABOUT YOU: Come from an Accountancy,Finance or Business management background Have a qualification in bookkeeping/accounting Comfortable in use of spreadsheets or databases to track and report complex data Knowledge of the VAT process and understanding of Xero If your interested and have the relevant experience and qualifications please apply INDROSS
