Business Analyst - Asset Management Salary : £60,000 to £90,000 per annum (benefits) Location : London My client, an asset management company based in London are going through a period of significant change and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. This role requires an expert who will provide deep technical expertise in Business Analysis and a background in the asset management industry. Role responsibilities - Investigates, documents and analyses current business processes Creates functional specifications or user stories to define proposed changes Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits Utilises business experience and skills to assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with operational realities Maintains a thorough awareness of the methods and tools used in the organisation Selects the most appropriate means of representing business requirements Skills needed in the role - Knowledge of the Asset Management industry is essential Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis and considers all aspects of business change Able to apply specialist knowledge across various business areas and maintains commercial and customer focused Establishes and maintains relationships with senior business stakeholders Expert on Business Analysis and related modelling, design and business concepts Proficient in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change.
