Our client, an exciting and widely recognised brand based in Milton Keynes is recruiting for a Financial Controller. As the Financial Controller, you will report into the Head of Finance and lead a diverse team of 5 Responsibilities include: Overseeing the management accounts production, including presenting an analytical review to board level. Producing the statutory accounts. Lead the team through budget setting. Responsible for efficient and accurate accounting functions including banking and cashflow, accounts receivable, balance sheet accounts, accounts payable and VAT. Influencing up to board level on strategic direction, aiding commercial decisions and driving profitability. Managing short term cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent) who has an aptitude of innovative management experience. You will be able to lead and motivative a team and can build rapport in a professional manner both internally and externally. Proven experience of successfully leading a finance function in a diverse business having the ability to produce accurate financial/ management accounts and detailed financial analysis.
