Client Delivery Finance Partner Nottingham We're currently looking for a Client Delivery Finance Partner to join our UK&I Finance Team based in Nottingham. This is a highly visible role which will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders with a varied set of responsibilities. In this role, you'll have tremendous opportunity to have an influential role across all elements of the business and the ability to positively impact performance. Key responsibilities Responsible for end to end financial reporting on client deliveries including revenue, gross costs, IFRS15 adjustments and balance sheet Responsible for the reporting of actuals in relation to client delivery projects: Revenue Gross Costs IFRS15 deferrals and releases Responsible for collating the forecast for client delivery projects, working closely with Go To Market and Solutions Finance teams Create and own a centralised mapping database for all inflight and pipeline deliveries to ensure projects can be tracked across the multiple systems Partnering with Business Unit Senior Leaders to help them make informed decisions on client delivery demand and prioritisation Partnering with GTM consultants, Project managers and the Solutions Portfolio team to provide regular updates on key client deliveries. Finance representative on client delivery steering meetings Identify risk and opportunities and work with the business to identify actions to either mitigate the risks or capitalise on the opportunities Promote best practice, and continue with business process improvements and re-engineering to drive efficiency and add value to the business Key financial processes including month end close, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, financial control and governance. Responsibility for ensuring that there is alignment of revenue & costs on client delivery projects, throughout actuals and forecasts. Including regular balance sheet reviews of contract assets Ensure MI processes are efficient and meet stakeholders' needs and changing environment Co-ordinate and manage the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for client deliveries, and ensure key deliverables are met with input from a variety of senior stakeholders Operate effectively in a virtual team environment across multiple locations to drive the optimal allocation of work, provide open and honest feedback whilst focusing on continuous improvement What are we looking for? Key experience / skills we're looking for: Demonstrable experience in a finance function of a large corporate, ideally Plc, in increasingly responsible positions Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a matrix organisation, managing multiple stakeholders across the business People management and coaching skills, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a demonstrable post-qualified experience Presence, gravitas and ability to influence senior stakeholders Adaptability to change plus proven track record of working in and responding positively to a fast paced, matrix organisation Excellent analytical, financial modelling and problem solving skills; an unfaltering attention to detail, which demonstrates highly logical and numerate capabilities Strong drive to understand the commercial drivers of a business Proven ability to present ideas / opinions in a collaborative, credible and influential manner.
