Are you tired of working in Audit want to take your first step into Corporate Finance? This is a fantastic newly created role to work for one of the leading Covenant Advisory teams in the UK. Working in a high calibre team you will support clients through corporate M&A transactions, valuation negotiations or pensions investigation. You will partake in the monitoring and analysis of management forecasts, financial statements, and pension scheme information. You will play an integral part on a number of key transactions and M&A activity giving you vast exposure to sponsors, other advisors and a number of large clients. Key Duties: Financial statement analysis - Assessment of balance sheet strength, Identifying and explaining trends in historical P&L statements and Calculating affordability assessments Critical analysis of management forecasts including modelling sensitivities and stress testing Preparing pitch submission documents and presenting at pitches Presenting analysis to external stakeholders, senior management teams, sponsors and trustee boards Building relationships and communicating with other advisors, including actuaries, lawyers and investment consultants Candidate Profile: ACA qualified with first time passes Articulate and confident speaking and managing senior stakeholders Ability to 'own' a process An understanding of financial analysis and modelling This role is paying £50,000 basic with a 60% bonus other benefits.
