Hereford Duration: Permanent Financial Accountant opportunity to work for a growing international company based in the Hereford area. With a location on the outskirts of Hereford it allows ideal commuting opportunities from Leominster, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, Worcester and the local area. With an open plan office set in a leafy business park offering ample parking, our client offers huge scope for progression and the opportunity to work with a well-established successful team. As a newly appointed Financial Accountant you will look after the following areas of the business: - Production of management reports - KPI reporting - Production of annual financial statements - VAT compliance and reporting - Preparation of Statutory and Financial accounting - Maintaining commercial and purchase ledgers - Managing bank transactions and reports - CIS Return - Variance Analysis - Ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager To be successful in this Financial Reporting Accountant role you will need be a part-qualified or a newly qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (QBEs considered). Confident Excel user including pivot tables and v-lookups functionality. You will be a strong decision maker able to work to close deadlines and communicate with a range of company stakeholders. You will be an effective communicator and a proven problem solver.
