An exciting new vacancy has opened up with this well-known brand across the UK within their payroll team. Due to the implementation of a new payroll system the client is looking for a strong and experienced Payroll Supervisor / Manager to oversee the day to day operation of the payroll team for a 6 month period. Overseeing a team of two you will supervise all payroll processing activity, running a monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner offering the payroll advisors support and assistance where necessary. Reporting to HR your role may involve communicating with all employees within the business and providing vital information about any changes to their pay or resolving any escalated queries. This is a really nice company to work for and the team all get on very well, you will need to be flexible, friendly and professional in your approach and working with the team as well as guiding them. You will need to technically very capable, be able to do manual calculations and be able to use Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.
