This is a Global retail business based in the Heart of London that requires a German speaking Credit Controller to join a fast-growing company. Your main responsibilities will be: maintaining collections accounts current and collecting assigned past due accounts Evaluating customer's credit files and contacting their other creditors in order to determine current trends and payment patterns Recommending to the manager that accounts be closed, credit limit reduced or extended, or collection attempted, based on payment history and purchase activity of the customer You will need to build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring that billing issues are kept to a minimum and queries are resolved quickly and efficiently - so as to ensure prompt payment.
