Accounts Assistant Main Duties This is a newly created role within a well-established manufacturing firm to assist the Finance Manager. Balance sheet reconciliations. Daily bank reconciliations. Journals. Budgets and forecasting. Weekly and monthly reporting. Cash flow preparation. 25% of the role will consist of 'problem solving' credit control and maintenance of the sales ledger. Producing the aged debt report for the Finance Manager. The Benefits -Free parking. -37.5 hour working week. -Generous holiday entitlement. -£18,000 - £22,000 DOE. -Other company benefits. Ideally you will have -Similar experience with a credit control / sales ledger position. -Similar experience with assisting with month end procedures / accounts assistant / assistant accountant. -Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. -Good IT skills.
