The Company A professional services organisation based in Newcastle City Centre. The Role This role is based within the US Credit Control Team. Therefore the hours of work are: Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 21:00 Friday 08:30-17:30 As a Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include:
• Handling calls and emails to/from clients with a high level of customer service
• Ensuring invoices are paid on time and queries are resolved
• Working as part of a global team to reach cash collection targets
• Issuing overdue notices, statement runs and legal referral notifications
• Providing weekly updates to management on overdue debt Requirements To be successful in your application for Credit Controller you must:
• Have experience in a credit control position.
• Have strong attention to detail
• Exhibit sound Excel skills
• Be able to use your initiative to effectively problem solve.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to work well within a team
