Summary Twenty Financial Services are currently looking for a Senior Operational Risk and Controls Manager for a Global Investment Management company. The position is in first line risk and is focused on support in the operations function. A collaborative and facilitative role, candidates will be interested in a broad and dynamic position, offering excellent exposure across one of the market's leading investment teams. Key Responsibilities Supporting all first line risk activities in Risk & Control Providing risk insight and understanding to the company risk profile, differentiating between change delivery and operational risk Identify, assess, manage and report emerging risks, supporting group wide scenario planning exercises and any risk and control assessments Supplying meaningful, value-add risk and control reporting to the operations organisation Communicating with regional committees and senior management on areas including the status of key risks and their respective remediation programs in the business and regulatory initiatives Help drive the business to continuous improvement and excellence, maintaining a proactive and open risk culture Key Skills Experience operating within an operational risk management or risk and controls role within Financial Services industry Sound product, process and control management understanding Ability to lead, inspire and energise a team operating within global/horizontal connectivity and reporting lines Can partner with multiple stakeholders towards the achievement of various goals If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please get in touch with Victoria Gbadebo at Twenty Financial Services
