A Housing Association based in Central London is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position and the successful candidate will have a good general standard of education, ideally have experience with Asset Database Systems, experience with data collation and reporting and ideally experience in a similar role. The client is looking for a positive, organized individual who will understand, develop and use property data and metrics to ensure the Asset Management team deliver accurate information through our Asset Database System Integrator. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows; Update and maintain the client's asset management system to ensure data is accurate and up to date Produce bespoke reports from the system and other sources using MS Excel Perform data cleansing and analysis on various data types To collate, record, reconcile and store all documentation received relating to asset management operations Assist with the management of tasks and projects including monitoring and reporting on progress Assist in the production of major works programmes and process orders for urgent Health & Safety works Respond to information requests accurately and within agreed timescale Liaise with the other teams to ensure an on-going information sharing Collect data and assist with Key Performance Indicators as required The client is looking to appoint quickly to this role and as such have outlined skills/experience needed to be successful with an application; An understanding of data quality and the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors Ability to interpret and query technical data using MS Excel to produce reports Good communication skills Ability to work alone without close supervision and as part of a Team Able to produce quality outputs to tight deadlines Desirably advanced Microsoft Excel or Access skills Previous experience using an Asset Management system and/or experience working in the housing sector Ability to identify improvements in ways of working to ensure the team achieves its aims Experience in managing tasks and projects The client is offering a very competitive remuneration package to go along with this role, this is outlined below; Salary - £22k - £26k Annual leave - 28 days plus bank holiday Pensions Buying and selling annual leave Study leave Career break If this position sounds of interest, please email your CV to or call Jamal at Service Care Construction on 01772 208967
