We are looking for a committed Finance Executive to join this expanding company. You will be a dedicated, diligent and commercial individual who can support their ambitious growth plans. The role will be a key member of the finance team dealing with Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations and Month end tasks. Responsibilities include; Reconciling customer receipts on a daily basis across multiple platforms and currencies and maintaining large data sets. Completing monthly reconciliations of all receivables in the balance sheet including receipts, invoices and payments etc. Collaborating with teams across the business to drive efficiency. Developing existing finance processes whilst taking full ownership of the accounts receivable processes. Identifying and driving potential opportunities for process improvements across the function. Managing bank reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis providing accountants with support where needed. Dealing with all queries, both internal and external, in a timely and professional manner. Skills and experience; Ideally 1 years relevant experience working in a fast paced Accounts Receivable team. Efficient and well organised with ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong communication skills and a team player. Good excel knowledge (v-lookups, pivot tables etc.) Eagle-eyed ability to pick out inaccuracies and exacting attention to detail.
