Northreach are seeking a Head of IT Change to join a challenger fin-tech company based in the City of London This is a role which supports the Senior Management Team and reports into the CIO. You will be repsosnsible for the succesful provision and delivery of all programmeds and projects contained within the IT Services and Change portfolio. Key

responsibilities:
Work with key stakeholders to deliver current and emerging business strategies and understand how these might impact current and future services delivered by technology Work with key stakeholders to help define the platform strategy for the business and understand how this fits in with the wider bank strategies and work streams Own the Change delivery process and maintain the overall portfolio plan by providing oversight Represent business views and make recommendations to the transformation agenda to deliver the business plan Responsible for a good sense process for technology products and service delivery Identify and deploy technology solutions to enable the delivery of business agenda Key Candidate Skills IT Change/Transformation experience Banking experience Experience of working in an Agile environment Experience with the .NET Microsoft technology stack A passion for technology and innovation If you are interested, please give me a call using the details below
