WSS Associates is working on behalf of a leading real estate investment management firm that manages over £20 billion of assets in UK and Europe. This is a commercial focused position and the key elements of this position will be financial and investor reporting, asset management and transaction support including assisting with new deals, refinancing and disposals of existing assets. Requirements: ACA "Big4" or qualified at a top ten firm Around 3-5 year's' experience working real estate Knowledge/ experience of working with Property investments Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with non-Finance colleagues and investors This is an initial 9 month maternity contract, all candidates must be available on short-notice.
