Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a TPA who are presently recruiting for two roles. DB Pensions Consultant DC Pensions Consultant What you will do: Develops excellent relationships with client portfolio and understand their needs and objectives Ensures regular contact with all clients within the portfolio Makes a significant personal contribution to the development of the teams consulting capability, collateral and people Responsible for delivery of low-medium value and risk client advice and projects Identifies solutions and risks for clients based upon an expert understanding of their situation and relevant technical, regulatory and statutory requirements Work as part of a team, ensuring effective communications between clients and the client servicing teams. Ensure all client meetings are undertaken on time and to a high standard, prepare agendas, meeting notes and appropriate action points follows up. Ensure that clients are run in accordance with the client agreement and scopes of work. Keeps up to date with legislation, market trends and best practice Attends industry events on a regular basis and begins to form relationships with representatives across the industry and develops and maintains network Actively promotes the services of the business Produces timely and accurate advice, written to a high standard and in accordance with brand guidelines Liaises with other practice areas and external suppliers as required and builds relationships Develops and continually strengthens pensions and benefits knowledge Process and tackle any complaints at earliest opportunity with a position attitude. Achieves client chargeable billable hours target as agreed. Adhere to and contribute to budget setting and project cost monitoring Supports sales objective and develops personal and business sales pipelines Your experience will include: Essential Previous industry specific experience, particularly pensions Knowledge of benefits legislation High level of English language skills Proficient in all relevant IT packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Excellent analytical and communication skills Proactive Works positively with colleagues General business understanding Desirable Technical pension qualification (PMI) This is a Profile Search and Selection vacancy who are operating as an Employment Agency.
