Finance Manager - Permanent - based in Brackley Purpose of Role: Provide reliable, timely and accurate information on the financial performance of the company. The position is very hands on. Key
Responsibilities:
Production of monthly and year end accounts. Control of balance sheet - ensuring accurate reading of assets and responsibilities Fixed asset register and capital expenditure, monitoring and control Producing monthly forecast information Review of all weekly reports Supervision and day to day management of Sales and Purchase Ledger system Liaise and provide relevant information to the external Auditors Credit Control Person Specification: AAT qualified and achieved or Part qualified in CIMA, ACA or ACCA Financial reporting and investigation of queries Familiar with financial processes and procedures Ability to work within a pressurised environment An analytical mindset A knowledge of co nstruction industry practices such as ' applications for payment ' and handling on VAT may be an advantage.
