RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifying accuracy of payments Monitor when payments are due for each company in the portfolio Ensure payments are appropriately authorised in line with operating manuals Payments on purchase ledger Input payments onto banking system and complete payments checklists Monitor receipt of income and bookkeep on sales ledger Raise purchase orders as instructed by client Perform daily bank recs for the portfolio Preparation of VAT returns/EC sales KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience within a purchase ledger or busy finance function preferred. Knowledge of bookkeeping Professionalism. Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Methodical organised approach. Knowledge of bookkeeping Competent in Microsoft office.
