Responsibilities:
Leading the full process of contractor payroll with the existing team and any future team members Processing Contractor Payroll in a timely manner and to agreed timescales. Working on projects to develop the payroll system. Checking reports before processing for Payment. Importing all contractor payroll information between systems. Ensure that Contractor Process is fully completed each month for completion of bank approvals and margin reports. Maintain the utmost integrity of accounts involved with gross margin. Particular attention to be paid to accrual and reversal of contractor time sheet accruals. To provide financial reports to Leadership team and Business Units each month. Management of payroll staff, overseeing that all administration is undertaken in a timely accurate and effective way. To be successful in this role you must have considerable Payroll experience with good technical knowledge and a managerial background. Moreover, you must have experience within a recruitment company in Payroll, as well as being comfortable controlling the Contractor aspect.
