Litton is a successful property company working on exciting projects locally, regionally and nationally. We promote and undertake new developments and manage and let commercial estates in house. We are a busy, forward looking business with a small friendly but highly committed team working in an attractive environment from our offices in Bakewell. Full Time position (job share considered). Good Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience. Good company bonus scheme. Working within our experienced finance team, the successful candidate will be required to cover a variety of tasks including; assist with asset management budgets & billing using our Property Management software, raising monthly invoices, bank reconciliations, credit control, purchase ledger processing, preparation of VAT returns, management accounts, filing and other ad-hoc tasks. We are looking for an organised, self-motivated individual, who is keen to learn and has an enthusiastic "can do" attitude. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Competence in using MS Office, Excel skills desirable. AAT qualifications and experience using Sage would be an advantage but are not essential.
