About this job We are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support Housing and Public Realm services. You will act as the Council's expert on all financial matters relating to the HRA, both revenue and capital and be responsible for updating and maintaining the financial aspects of the HRA Business Plan. You will provide guidance, support and positive challenge to service managers within the My Place directorate. You will have proven experience of budgetary control, financial planning and forecasting, together with well-developed analytical skills, and the ability to respond pro-actively to financial issues. You will also have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and build constructive relationships.
