Performance Reporting Analyst required by this financial services company to provide oversight and governance of all internal and external suppliers engaged in the delivery of ITSM and Technical Services. Being a multi-supplier model, a great deal of co-ordination and data consolidation is required to ensure the delivery of business level reporting. You will be required to extract and manipulate data from ServiceNow, to challenge the suppliers and delivery business level reporting. Skills: MUST have experience of ServiceNow. Strong data analysis skills including data extraction and manipulation in Excel Ability to produce quality business level reporting.
