A surging Media company in central London are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with a previous experience in the Media/Advertising sectors. The successful candidate will be able to temp for minimum of four months with the strong possibility of the assignment being extended or made permanent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• High volume invoice processing.
• Batching, matching & coding.
• Assisting with month end.
• Query resolution.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Ad hoc assisting with Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to assist and cover holidays / sickness workload within the Finance Dept.
• Such other duties as directed by the Finance Manager as may be required on an ad-hoc basis. Personal Experience:
• Experience of Mediaocean (DDS/Paprika) finance systems is desirable but not essential.
• Intermediate Excel skills is desirable but not essential (pivot tables & Vlookups).
• A background in the Media sector is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
