Central Finance Manager, Hertfordshire - permanent £70-75,000pa An exciting opportunity for a Central Finance Manager to join my client on a permanent basis at their Head Office based in Hertfordshire. In this position you will lead the Treasury & Enabling Functions teams, ensuring governance & control is maintained through both teams. You will lead a business focused Treasury team to provide financial support, advice and governance across the Business Unit, including foreign exchange, cost recharges for Operating Units and Balance Sheet control. Giving strategic & operational help to the Enabling Functions, including the completion of actuals performance and quarterly Forecasts. In this position, you will be responsible for the following: Managing two direct senior qualified accountants as well as manage indirectly their teams assisting and leading to ensure they are given the best platform to achieve their goals Be responsible for production of Monthly actuals for Enabling functions through support and guidance of the Senior Accountants Have overall responsibility for production of quarterly Forecasts for Enabling Functions through support and guidance to Senior Accountant. Includes accurate and timely upload into BusinessUnit consolidation tool Involvement during the quarterly Forecast cycle, taking ownership for individual processes and outputs The following experience is essential for this position: An accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, ACMA (Can be an overseas recognised qualification) Very good knowledge of accounting and computer systems up to date knowledge of financial and management accounting practices Clear demonstration of managing a high performing team Support of Non-Financial colleagues Control & Governance of Balance Sheet Reconciliations Please apply today for further information on this exciting opportunity.
