A family run service provider based in Leyland are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small finance department. As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will reporting to the Financial Controller, working as part of a finance team of 5 you will be responsible for the end to end Purchase ledger process and will focus on building lasting relationships with suppliers. Your duties will include 3 way matching of invoices, resolving supplier queries and supplier statement reconciliation. You will also have responsibility for the weekly payment run and support management with any ad-hoc tasks as required. To be considered for this role, previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role is essential. You must be a strong team player with a flexible approach to work in order to adapt to the needs of a small and busy department.
