Working as an AAT/Part Qualified Accounts Team Leader / Senior Accountant / Accountant / Accounts Manager at a smaller more personalised firm where service, support and working in partnership with the clients is key. Learning about your clients business, understanding their priorities working in partnership with them enjoying being part of their growth and successes. As AAT/Part Qualified Accounts Team Leader / Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager, you will also be managing a team of 2 monitoring workloads and highlighting training when needed. You will be responsible for the management information, accounts and tax function of approx. 50 client companies. You will be looking after all aspects, including; Management Accounts VAT Year End Accounts Corporation Tax Self-Assessment As AAT/Part Qualified Accounts Team Leader / Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager, you will also be responsible for checking the work of both members of your team to ensure that all information is correct and duly documented and reconciled - working to tight timescales, re-prioritising workloads and always ensuring that quality is never compromised whilst meeting client deadlines. You will be building excellent relationships with your clients, understanding their needs and business objectives whilst managing their expectations is imperative - feeding back to the senior management team any information where extra support or services could be advantageous to the customer and visiting customers quarterly when necessary to discuss the service, improvements or business changes. Applicants must be AAT qualified/part qualified, part ACCA/ICAEW qualified or ACCA/ICAEW qualified and have a minimum of three years practice experience. Hours of work - approx. 20 hours a week with hours and days being flexible as agreed by employer and the successful candidate.
