Accounts and Audit Senior - Regional Firm of Accountants, Retford Barber McLelland are working in partnership with a regional firm of accountants who are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Accounts and Audit Senior to join their Retford office. The firm have a number of offices throughout the region, developing an excellent reputation. The firm operate with a client base of mainly small to medium sized owner managed businesses, providing these clients with a full range of accounting and business advisory/support services. Duties and Responsibilities Supporting the firms Partner and manager, the role of Accounts and Audit Senior will be responsible for a variety of accounting services, which will include: Conduct client audits from planning stage through to completion Preparation of Statutory and Management Accounts Preparation of Corporate and Personal Tax computations Preparation of clients annual budgets Provide commercial business support Skills and Qualities The business are looking to recruit an individual who has developed a minimum of 4 years experience working within an accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified, with experience of working on audits through the full process from planning to completion.
