Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all AP vendor relationships.
- Documenting and developing existing AP processes.
- Ensuring timely and efficient input of all AP invoices.
- Routing invoices to departmental heads for approval.
- Generating payment runs in multi-currencies, including system payment runs and manual runs.
- Preparation and management of not Invoiced reconciliations
- Supporting the Month End Close Process.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Extremely organised.
- Has the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
