Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant opportunity within an excellent organisation in Birmingham.

Your new company
Hays are currently working with a professional services organisation in Birmingham, who are looking for a driven and capable Financial Accountant to join their finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be a key member in supporting the financial reporting processes. This will include production of statutory submissions, analysing data, dealing with auditor queries, financial reporting and commentary, reporting for review by senior management and supervising a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified, with previous Financial Services experience preferable. Knowledge of IFRS will be advantageous and you must be someone with strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to look in depth at key financial information.
