Your new role
As Finance Assistant your main responsibilities will lie with account reconciliations, you will need a keen eye as you look for any discrepancies on invoices.
- Checking invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Find and resolve any mistakes/errors
- Cash Sheets
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will require the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience within Accounts, ideally Purchase Ledger
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Competent and confident communicator who is happy dealing with supplier statements
- Good Excel skills
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work
