Your new role
Working closely with practitioners and partners in one of their service lines, you will gain a high level of understanding of opportunities and challenges in the business in order to provide financial advice and enable better decision making. For the role to be effective you will need to build strong relationships with all stakeholders based on trust and impact

Specific responsibilities include:
* Partner with the business to understand financial challenges, providing practical advice and solutions
* Responsibility for financial planning and forecasting
* Providing financial advice and analysis to leadership on areas such as investment and capital expenditure, acquisitions, due diligence reports, business cases, financial models, post-investment reviews, pricing, staffing and business shape, partner performance reviews.


What you'll need to succeed
* Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experienced in a business partnering role either in an LLP or a large, complex organisation.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the key factors which influence business performance
