Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity for a credit controller to join well established finance team for a thriving business where you will assist the senior credit controller with debt management by ensuring payments are collected within the agreed terms and offering a first class customer service experience to its customers.

Description
The duties of the credit controller will include but not limited to:
- Proactively chasing outstanding payments and building strong relationships with clients
- Negotiating payment plans and setting up finance agreements
- Escalating and resolving account and invoice disputes in a timely manner
- Raising credit notes
- Processing customer payments
- Reconciliation and cash posting
- Ensuring the sales ledger is kept up to date
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous credit control experience - Essential
- Strong customer service background - Essential
- Account and invoice query management experience - Essential
- A strong team player with a can do attitude - Essential
- Reconciliation experience - Essential

Job Offer
The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £19-21k + 22 days holiday plus bank holidays + pension + career progression + health care
