Assistant Finance Manager - Business Process Outsourcing

Location:
Nottingham Support Office Hours per week: Over 35 hours per week You will have the responsibility for supporting the Business Process Outsourcing Manager of our outsourced partner who completes the transactional activity for GNFR and GFR purchase to pay shared service and employee expenses. As a driven professional, you will strive to improve the quality and efficiencies to ensure a seamless operation and an excellent stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities Responsibility of approved Vendor list Maintaining workflow tables/errors, 2nd line escalation point for all query queues, delegated authority exceptions and reporting Electronic Trading (EDI & IWF) Controls including GRC Role approval Business Continuity Plans/Standard Operating Procedures and Process documentation Delivery of Corporate Card Process A bit about you... SAP experience and Intermediate MS Excel skills ARIBA experience (preferred but not essential) Good communication, Incident Management, business partnering and negotiation skills Lean/CI experience/project management Knowledge or experience on Controls & Compliance A bit about us...
