Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a highly reputable Client in Uxbridge who are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Day to day responsibilities will include: Manage the Purchase Ledger team, ensuring all tasks are completed within a timely manner and in accordance to the company polies Conducting regular team meetings and 1:1 Ensuring invoices are processed within agreed deadlines and payment terms Supplier statement reconciliation Purchase order processing and maintenance Assisting with month-end reporting The following skills / attributes are required: Previous experience of a supervisory role within Purchase Ledger Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Experience in processing high-volume payments Excellent organisational skills If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please do apply straight away and your application will be considered
