Pricing Analyst Central London Permanent £ Competitive IQ Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of their award winning IT clients in the search for a Pricing Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be expected to generate winning proposal and tender responses for European led International Accounts that achieve the required level of group profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Providing pricing for approx. 40 new International Account opportunities per year. - Completing bid responses within 5 to 15 days from receipt (tight/firm customer deadlines are normal). - Providing pricing for both Global and Regional deals - Creating complex and bespoke pricing using the RGS Global Pricing and pro Forma Tool. - Implementing agreed QA processes. - Actively collaborating with the GXA pricing community to share and understand latest pricing methodology. Skills and Experience: - Degree qualified - At least 2 years pricing experience (IT / Hardware / Service environment preferred). - Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge & understanding of financial terminology (e.g. Present Value, Residuals, Leasing). - Familiarity with basic management accounting concepts particularly Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls), and experience of reviewing their component elements. - Advanced Excel skills including ability to construct accurate bespoke financial modeling for analysing complex deal models. - MS Access or other database skills. - Numerate with highly developed oral and written communication skills including ability to perform customer-facing presentations. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems, particularly in scenarios requiring both logical and lateral thinking. - Attention to detail - including the ability to self-check their work. - Ability to present themselves as a credible pricing expert within the organisation and able to communicate effectively with colleagues where English is their second language. - A team player with the ability to work with and achieve results through others. - A self-starter who acts on own initiative, taking ownerships of tasks and being accountable for their successful conclusion. - Able to prioritise workload and work calmly under time pressure, are also required to be able to deliver the necessary pricing components to agreed bid deadlines.
