Greycoat Lumley's Client are seeking a multi-lingual accounts manager to join their growing team in the financial center of Canary Wharf. Please note: You must be fluent in English, Polish and Spanish in order to apply for this role. About the Role:
• Ensuring compliance with the firms' procedures and compliance manuals.
• Providing, referring and follow up on all quotations.
• Excellent attention to detail, assisting and developing the warranty database and websites and maintaining the database ensuring all information is up to date at all times.
• Day-to-day dealings with administration and filing showing excellent organizational skills.
• Monitoring and chasing all outstanding invoices. About You:
• Willing to attend manufacturer/dealer visits within the UK and Abroad.
• You will be well-spoken and fluent in English, Polish and Spanish as you will be translating dealer guides, coverage sheets, Ter ms & Conditions, Marketing Materials, claims queries.
• Able to maintain and develop strong relationships with warranty customers.
• A creative thinker, able to assist in developing promotional material and ideas.
• You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer.
• You will have excellent communication skills able to liaise with clients and colleagues alike.
• Experience in an accounts manager or insurance role will be advantageous.

Salary:
£24,000 Hours: 4o Hour Week Consultant: Darren Lewis
