Investigo Finance are working in partnership with a client based in Milton Keynes recruiting a Credit Manager . In the position of Credit Manager Milton Keynes you will be responsible for all methods of process of payment for the organisation's services ensuring that payments are received promptly and efficiently in line with company standards. Other Key duties to include: Manage/ Coach and Develop the skills across a team of x5 Credit Controllers ensuring work load is monitored Maintain a small portfolio of high end key accounts KPI reporting and the management of debt collection Reviewing aged debt reports and resolving issues with difficult accounts Review credit limits and payment terms Drive process improvements and streamline best work practices Report uncollectable debts to internal legal department Provide balance confirmations for customer audits Credit checking all new customers The Profile Previous Credit Control experience at Management/ Supervisory level ICM qualified or Qualified by experience Commercial awareness and ability to develop working relationships with both internal departments and customers Previous process/ system improvements and ability to identify areas that need change Salary £35,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
