Experience required: CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with post qualification experience Commercially astute with an ability to take a strategic perspective High degree of analytical skills Excellent knowledge of accounting, financial reporting standards and legislative requirements (VAT, taxation etc.) Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire confidence in both finance and non-finance colleagues Experienced in the use of Excel and information databases Ability to use initiative coupled with demonstrable problem solving skills. responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of - Monthly management accounts including consolidations and supporting schedules VAT returns Monthly payroll Business performance KPI for the management team Ensuring the ledger and processes run effectively and in line with procedures Ensure all financial statutory and compliance obligations are fulfilled Preparation of budget and forecasting information Understanding and analysing the business' key value drivers, business risks and opportunities Assisting in the financial feasibility and affordability of projects and proposed investments Aiding the Treasury staff as required Contributing to the improvement of systems and procedures Providing comprehensive cover for the Group Finance Manager CHAPS Authorising as required Ad hoc reporting as required For further information about this opportunity please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
