Interim Group Accountant Firefly are currently recruiting for a qualified, Group Financial Accountant for an AIM listed PLC based in Slough. This is a 6 month assignment initially, but may be extended. Requirements Responsibility for the Group's annual reports processes including: Preparation of IFRS statutory accounts Ensure the Group's financial statements and annual report is complete Key contact for external auditors Prepare the monthly consolidated accounts for Group under IFRS Maintain the Group's consolidation ledgers and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for that ledger Preparation of corporation tax computations for all Group companies Improving controls over financial data, to include reconciliation activities and development of interim solutions Be the technical accounting expert and assist the wider team with any queries on accounting treatment in line with IFRS Candidate Qualified accountant (ACA preferred) Ideally with 5 years post qualification experience Thrives in a fast moving and ambiguous environment Able to drive projects and deliverables forward independently and to motivate others
