Partner Financial are engaged with a VC backed consumer business undergoing an exciting period of growth. Reporting into the Finance Director, you'll be driving the analytics across the business as the brand look to increase their market share. With an ambitious Board and acquisitive strategy, the company are keen to build a world class finance function to be the focal point of their goals. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing and maintaining the 3-year business plan and model to help visualise the company's plans Increasing the finance's team presence within the business Providing insightful commercial analysis to enhance and support the strategic decision-making process across the business Leading the budgeting and forecasting process with the key stakeholders Understanding the key factors impacting sales and explaining them to the Senior Management Team Creating and reviewing the control reports on actual v forecasted weekly gross margins and highlighting variances Ad-hoc projects, including setting up new processes Profile: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Strong Excel skills (including macros and building financial models) An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement Interested candidates should send their CV to Chidozie Ononeze.
