Advinia are a private healthcare provider, who currently have 37 Nursing and Residential Homes across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Purchase Ledger team at Head Office-Finchley (N3 2LN) You must be an excellent communicator who can build relationships easily. You will be working closely with both external customers (Residents/Families/Social Services etc) and internal customers ( Home Managers/Administrators/Regional Directors and Head Office Support staff) and overseeing the money being paid out by the company, This role is full time-40 hours per week and will be Monday to Friday. We are looking for a fun, confident character who can work efficiently alone, but also as part of the P/Ledger team. This role will include - Coding and check invoices -Setting up new supplier accounts - Answering queries by phone and email -Maintaining great relationships with the suppliers -Data entry - Preparing and running BACS payments - Reconciling supplier statements - Working out VAT statements - A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills-you will be communicating with a very wide range of people - Great computer skills- Outlook/Excel/SAGE 50 - Filing invoices Please apply today and join our Advinia family We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age
