POSITION: Group Purchase Ledger Controller
SALARY:
Up To £24,000 BENEFITS: Company Pension , On-Site Parking, Perkbox, Childcare Vouchers, 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm
LOCATION:
Sherburn-In-Elmet LS25 6NG DESCRIPTION: Established over 25 years' ago, our client is a market leading fire and security company. Due to continued success the company is seeking a Group Purchase Ledger Controller . The company has high growth plans for the next three years and is looking for an outstanding candidate to help support the business. JOB ROLE: Purchase Ledger for six companies Matching purchase orders to invoices Inputting purchase Invoices Reconciling supplier statements Raising purchase orders Setting up new suppliers Processing supplier credit applications Creating supplier payment runs Setting up supplier payments on HSBC net Dealing with supplier queries Aged creditor Reporting THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Experience of working in a busy fast pace environment Confident to challenge processes and make improvements Strong communication skills and attention to detail Manage own workload and meet deadlines Be able to work on own initiative and work as part of a team Possess a 'can-do' attitude In order to apply please send a C.V and covering letter by clicking on the apply button below.
