Your role The Change Management & Adoption team is part of the Global Technology Services (GTS) organization. The CMA team is responsible for the development and delivery of materials to enable the successful adoption of global technology solutions. The scope of CMA includes end user and CMA team (IT and business) training development and delivery, communication planning and execution, and risk and impact assessment of adoption. Work you'll do: The Deployment Manager is responsible for executing and managing the Deployment Team's activities for various complex global internal and external facing products/projects and manage/coordinate project activities with other team members. Role specific

responsibilities:

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the Deployment team's tasks and activity across multiple projects, including status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness & impact points, and report adoption status to various stakeholders
• Meet regularly/as needed with project teams to ensure the Deployment Team's involvement in project planning to stay abreast of current project scope and timelines
• Work closely with Deployment team's Senior Manager leading the respective program area
• Develop and validate the Deployment team's change management approach for said technology solution, including readiness planning, plans for adoption, product information site, training, and communications
• Develop and deliver materials to support the successful adoption of global technology solutions for various audience types (non-techncal busines teamss, technical teams, system administrators, system integrators, and member firm IT leadership) which include communication plans, SharePoint product sites, project tracking, readiness checklists, quick reference guides, FAQs, stakeholder analysis, and other change management materials in partnership with program stakeholders
• Manage/execute Deployment team's agreed upon workplans related to delivery of change management materials
• Manage and complete multiple concurrent assignments, according to established Deployment team standards and templates
• Identify/escalate risk/issue and define mitigation strategies in support of established quality and risk management processes
• Collaborate with member firm IT organizations to promote adoption of solutions, standards and processes
• Actively contribute to existing GTS communication vehicles to promote Deployment Team activities across the respective products
• Demonstrate measurable contribution to meeting customer commitments
• Consult with cross-functional teams in creation of the Deployment team's overall approach, strategy and plans
• Promote teaming with other GTS team members working on projects to foster a cohecive working group

• Ability to translate technical concepts and business information into various forms of documentation for various audience types (non-techncal business teams, technical teams, system administrators, and integrators)
• Instructional design and technical writing. Advanced writing skills; able to produce world-class communications for a global audience across many organizational levels
• Experience with enterprise application implementations, such as SharePoint, intranets, and extranets preferred
• Strong proficiency in: - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint - screen capture tools (e.g., SnagIT) - web site design/layout (experience with SharePoint 2013 web page design preferred)
• Understanding of the external web site, intranets, extratnets, and other such enabling global technology solutions Other Qualifications
